Your use, or continued use of this site, signifies you agree and consent to the Terms outlined herein. If you do not agree to the Terms, it is up to you ( the “Viewer” or “User”) to stop using the site. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms of this site often for any changes. Changes to the Terms can happen at any time and without notification. By using this website after a change is made, you agree to follow and abide by the Terms as they are changed. Throughout these Terms “Us”, “We” and “Our” refers to JS Outdoors LLC (the “Company”), its members, owner, operators, instructors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
Pricing:
All pricing found within the Website is in U.S. dollar. Any taxes, shipping charges or handling charges are additional to the posted price. The User agrees that taxes, or other associated costs, may be adjusted from the original amount shown. The User agrees to have the additional charges added to the cost of the product or service. All prices on products and services are subject to change without notice. It is the User’s responsibility to verify all charges are accurate prior to providing a payment method (debit card, credit card, cash or check) either in person or on the Website.
Availability:
All items listed are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to limit any product quantity, or reject the sale of a product within an order placed. If a product or service is not available, the User can contact info.jsoutdoorsllc@gmail.com to inquire about availability of a product or service
Shipping and Handling:
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to pay the described shipping and handling charges outlined when your order is placed. Orders and shipments will not be processed if outside of the 50 United States of America.
Return Policy:
By placing an order on the Website, the User agrees that all sales are final and returns will not be available for buyers remorse. It is the User’s responsibility to do their due diligence when selecting items for purchase. The User shall verify the correct product, size, color and option is accurate before placing an order. It is solely the User’s responsibly to verify all their selections are accurate before placing the order. In the event a product is damaged due to manufacture defect, the user can contact info.jsoutdoorsllc@gmail.com and request to exchange the product. The User must include a photo of the product damage and a receipt of purchase within their email correspondence. Requests for exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase. Return shipping charges (from User to Company) will be coordinated by the Company. Any return shipments from the User not originally authorized by the Company are the responsibility of the User. If further damage is observed upon receipt of the returned product, the User will be liable for the additional costs associated with the damage (up to the full amount of the product and shipping charges).
Refund Policy:
In the event a User is unable to attend a class or training, the User can request to have their class costs refunded, so long as the request was made more than 48 hours prior to the start of class. In the event a class is refunded, a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from the full refund amount. Any cancelations or inability to attend classes, for any reason, within 48 hours prior to the start of class will not be refunded. A refund is not available for items purchased from the Company. Please see “Return Policy” for information regarding returns and refunds of products.
Links to Other Sites:
The Company may include links on the Website to other websites or companies. All use of outside links or websites are at the User’s risk. An issues or concerns with the linked companies or websites should be directed to the owners or operators of said websites or companies.
Indemnification:
User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold JS Outdoors LLC (along with its owner, operators, instructors, employees, agents, partners) harmless from and against any claims, damages, injury, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website (to including User-generated content), participation in trainings or your violation of any of these Terms.
Intended Audience:
This Website is not intended for the use of any User under the age of 18 years old. By continuing to use the website you are confirming you are at least 18 years of age or older.
