Return Policy:

By placing an order on the Website, the User agrees that all sales are final and returns will not be available for buyers remorse. It is the User’s responsibility to do their due diligence when selecting items for purchase. The User shall verify the correct product, size, color and option is accurate before placing an order. It is solely the User’s responsibly to verify all their selections are accurate before placing the order. In the event a product is damaged due to manufacture defect, the user can contact info.jsoutdoorsllc@gmail.com and request to exchange the product. The User must include a photo of the product damage and a receipt of purchase within their email correspondence. Requests for exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase. Return shipping charges (from User to Company) will be coordinated by the Company. Any return shipments from the User not originally authorized by the Company are the responsibility of the User. If further damage is observed upon receipt of the returned product, the User will be liable for the additional costs associated with the damage (up to the full amount of the product and shipping charges). 

Refund Policy:

In the event a User is unable to attend a class or training, the User can request to have their class costs refunded, so long as the request was made more than 48 hours prior to the start of class. In the event a class is refunded, a $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from the full refund amount. Any cancelations or inability to attend classes, for any reason, within 48 hours prior to the start of class will not be refunded. A refund is not available for items purchased from the Company. Please see “Return Policy” for information regarding returns and refunds of products.
