Oregon Concealed Handgun License (CHL)

Service Description

This Oregon Concealed Handgun License (CHL) class meets the training requirements outlined within ORS 166.291. Upon completion, students will be able to apply for their Oregon Concealed Handgun License. Students should expect to leave the class with the knowledge and hands on experience for safe firearms handling, knowledge of applicable ORS (Oregon Revised Statutes), incident preparedness and much more. Students are encouraged, but not required, to bring a 3 ring binder as notebook paper will be provided in class to take notes. PLEASE DO NOT BRING FIREARMS, MAGAZINES OR AMMUNITION TO CLASS! This class is a training environment and introducing firearms and ammunition can cause a safety issues during the class. Students creating distractions during class will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be available to students who are asked to leave. Pre-registration and payment is required prior to attending the in class training.
